This recipe is so easy to make and very healthy alternative to a commercial granolas and oatmeals that filled with sugar and processed ingredients.
- 2 apples
- 1/2 fresh almond milk * add more for your taste
- 1 Table spoon chia seeds
- 1 Table spoon raw cacao beans
- handful raw sprouted walnuts * WholeFoods sells raw, sprouted, dehydrated walnuts at bulk section
- cinnamon + raw sundried vanilla powder
Shred apples in a food processor using grating disk. Place grated apples in a serving bowl. Add almond milk, sprinkle with cinnamon + vanilla. Add chia seeds, walnuts and cacao beans. Ready!
