Breakfast: raw “granola” with almond milk

This recipe is so easy to make and very healthy alternative to a commercial granolas and oatmeals that filled with sugar and processed ingredients.


  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 fresh almond milk * add more for your taste
  • 1 Table spoon chia seeds
  • 1 Table spoon raw cacao beans
  • handful raw sprouted  walnuts * WholeFoods sells raw, sprouted, dehydrated walnuts at bulk section 
  • cinnamon + raw sundried vanilla powder


Shred apples in a food processor using grating disk. Place grated apples in a serving bowl. Add almond milk, sprinkle with cinnamon + vanilla. Add chia seeds, walnuts and cacao beans. Ready!
